"EDIT: The emotional and immature reply IS exactly why ALL 5 of my policies are no longer with you. May the world treat you, the way you have treated others. 40 years with State Farm. 10 years with this office. Never a claim on my Homeowners. Considerable Hail and Wind damage to my roof. Spoke with Jan Boze in the Gallatin Office who was rude and disrespectful. She spoke over me, essentially called me a liar and took an extremely adversarial role that was aggressive, demeaning and unprofessional from my limited experience with her. Numerous games and stall tactics from State Farm. All the Adjusters I have spoken with sound like recruits from Spirit Airlines. Cancelled ALL my policies but one and that's next. I do NOT recommend this office. In 10 years I have never found them to be an advocate in any way shape or form."

"Transitioning from my former agency to Jeannie Gregory in Gallatin about a year ago was a breeze. From the moment I entered the lobby I felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. Not only appreciated, but actually provided with fast, appropriate service.....with a big smile! Since then, in addition to some policy reconfiguration to provide me with better coverage, I received thorough guidance that helped take some of the sting out of a couple of small claims, due, unfortunately, to awkward accidents. Today, about 15 minutes before closing time I stopped in to report that I had sold one car and had acquired another. My intent was to simply stop one policy and let them know I would return to start the other since I didn't bring the information(title, etc.) for the new car with me. Ms. Angela Tocchia said no problem and instructed me to get the VIN# from the car and that she would deal with it. Long story short, she did! Not only Ms. Tocchia, but Maggie Blakemore, Tara Barker, and Michael Foster worked together seamlessly to bring it all together. Seeing them cooperate like that was a pleasure. Thank you!"
