"Wow, Kendall Ford at Jeannie Gregory's office is Amazing!!! We're moving to Gallatin from out of state soon and I contacted 4 agents through their websites at 8pm on Sunday. By Monday morning, I already had an email from Kendall about what our insurance needs would be. I gave her more details and by mid-afternoon I already had quotes in my email box. Through a few more emails and a couple phone calls I ended up purchasing 4 policies from Kendall, one I hadn't even thought of! She is very responsive, decisive, kind and very sweet. And she did more in just 1 day than all the agents did combined in 4 days. I was so impressed and guess what? Their rates were the best too, by far! She told me State Farm had two recent rate decreases this year so I booked my policies right away. I'm a very happy, satisfied customer because of Kendall's help. She listens well, thinks on her feet, took direction from me on my wants, all with a huge smile on her face!!! I know I made the best choice by using Jeannie Gregory's office. They have offices in Gallatin and Hendersonville which is a convenience. Kendall even have me the names of two hair stylists in town. Now that is what I call service!
